National Exam in Indonesia
National exam is standard evaluation system of elementary and high school and the equality of education level inter regional. National exam is the one of prerequirement for all students who will continues their school. The passing grade was dominationed by national exam’s score and score in school, but the national exam value is bigger than score in school. National exam helds 3 part in one year. First, for senior high school. Second, for junior high school, and the third for elementary school. The distance of the date is about 1 or 3 weeks. National exam helds together in every region of country. 
National exam shows an education level of country. Indonesia have a low education level in the world. The cause is the collaboration between the government and citizen of Indonesia doesn’t balance. The realization of national exam doesn’t working good, some times there are a fraudulent from a students or school, they buy the key answer and chitting when the test held. Not only that, the work system of distribution the question paper doesn’t send in the exact time. So, some school in Indonesia have a delayed to held national exam. The answer sheet is too slight and can make a terrible when scanning the answer. Because all of that, the result always dissapointed.
The evaluation had done by the indonesian government, but the problem is more complicated now. The fact, national exam in 2013 was failed. Many school in Indonesia gets the delayed national exam package and the package doesn’t structured well. This is make the Indonesian students have a mental stress , the dangerous condition to doing important test. Because of that, many people want to national exam doesn’t determine the students passing grade, but just for a formality of Indonesian level in education. The other is there shouldn’t many of subject in schools for effectivitaion education for student, so the student can concentrations in its subject.
