National Exam
There are a lot of dishonest in our
education system, especially in national examination. Many people criticize the
national examination, and I am one of them. I do not think that national
examination is needs to be done. There are at least three reason why national
examination is does not to be done
Firstly, National examination does
not measure student ability. Some people who gets a bad score in national
examination does not always stupid student. Some of them are smart student who does
not focused in doing the test and make it easy. I know, national examination
can teach us to focus and never too confident. On the other hand, some student
who gets a very nice score in national examination not always smart. Some of
them are worse than student who gets a bad score in daily exam. So the national
examination does not reach it function to become benchmark of student ability.
Secondly, National examination make
student do everything to get the best score. It is fair to get the best score,
but some of the method is illegal. As we can see, there are many cases that
inform the key answer of national examination. We all do not know where the key
come from, but that key answer is very unacceptable and very detrimental.
National Examination is same in many provinces in Indonesia. It means student
in Papua needs to do same examination in people in Bandung. The government
should think that our education system is not same in every province. There are
a development and improve province in education.
Thirdly, National examination makes
student think that their hard work in three years only determined by a week.
That national examination makes student does not care about daily exam and
stayed focus in the end, in the national examination test.
So, it is clear that national
examination is does not need to be done. We can search other ways to get fair
result< not by national examination who makes a lot of disagreement and create many
conflicts.
